the staff were very helpful , which was appreciated.
i found the area to be quite deserted , and i felt a bit unsafe walking back at 9 pm. also , the selection of teas and coffee for the kettle was rather poor.

The room include few towels. Toiletries were cheap. The selection of teas and coffee were poor. I felt that Alexa should be turned off by default.
